# Reset Voicemail Mailbox Password

You may have occasion to reset the password for your voice mailbox.

You can reset a forgotten voice mailbox password by following these directions:


1. Log in to your account at [https://rescuegroups.org](https://rescuegroups.org/)
2. Go to **Services > Voice Mail: Mailboxe**s
3. Click the mailbox number
4. Click **Edit**
5. Enter a new password (passwords should be set to 4 digits)
6. Click **Save**
