Reset Voicemail Mailbox Password

You may have occasion to reset the password for your voice mailbox.

You can reset a forgotten voice mailbox password by following these directions:

1. Log in to your account at https://rescuegroups.org

2. Go to Services > Voice Mail: Mailboxes

3. Click the mailbox number

4. Click Edit

5. Enter a new password (passwords should be set to 4 digits)

6. Click Save
