# Incoming Fax-to-Email Service

Our Fax-to-Email service provides you with incoming fax service, not a telephone service. Your fax phone number goes directly into our fax service, you do not have a ringing telephone.

For this service, there is currently no corresponding interface in your RescueGroups.org. You can [add the service](https://rescuegroups.getoutline.com/doc/add-upgrade-or-downgrade-your-services-gop8JAC6Qo#h-add-a-service) and then contact [our support team](/doc/get-support-LhGnWUExmT) to communicate what email address you would like to receive your faxes.
